Glass Fusing

In this two day course you will learn about the process of melting glass, how the kiln works and make two small pieces of jewelry. Learning how to cut glass, and put together your own designs using coloured glass and a small amount of dichroic glass (the very shiny stuff), finally load the kiln.

Day two we string your necklace as well as making another.

Fusing is a lot of fun, it’s like Christmas morning every time you open the kiln! :-)

This course comes with a warning, it’s very addictive, and you could become hooked!

Tash Sim 

Tash has been working with glass for 19years. Starting as a glazier she wanted to learn everything about all aspects of glass, especially the creative side. It took a two day course about 11years ago in glass fusing and she hasn’t looked back. Tash bought her own kiln and away she was!
