Katherine will be talking about the principlesof cheesemaking. You will also see her make several cheese's including a white rind cheese (camembert type) and mascarpone.

Katherine has been presenting cheese making courses in New Zealand for the past 20 years.  Practical and concise, her courses have inspired people from all walks of life. Katherine feels it is important to keep the ancient art of cheese making alive and well and in the grasp of people's hands today. It is Katherine's wish to educate people about cheese and milk delicacies, so that people have the confidence and skills to make their own.
