About the Course

On behalf of the Aoraki Polytechnic, Pauline will familiarize you with the complexities of beans and coffee making. She will guide you through the process of preparing quality expresso and teach you how to steam smooth, creamy textured milk.

You will learn how to combine quality ingredients to create your preferred coffee /chocolate /chai /caramel beverage and learn to understand why a renowned barista summarises espresso technique as ' a maze of interrelated variables'
