Come and be introduced to 'The Art of Fine Dining'. with Phillip Nordt.

Learn to create a degustation / tasting menu for your guests. Make it an event about the food! Phillip will show you how to plan, prepare and arrange your courses and compliment them with a matching wine.

Then sit and devour his tasty treats with a glass of wine! 'This is the Art of Fine Dining at it's best!'

Philip Nordt

Phillip studied tourism and hospitality in Vienna, before having the pleasure of learning his craft at Germany's best hotel, the Four Seasons in Munich. He travelled to New Zealand to launch the opening of some of New Zealand's best first class lodges, before opening popular entertainment and food venues in Christchurch.

Phillip returned to Canterbury, where he loves the Methven Winter. "Methven is beautiful in the winter and the abundance of fresh ingredients and wild game is extraordinary" Phillip said. Fresh is an important factor with Phillip's style. Nothing he serves is pre-made or packaged.
