Mary Ralston

Mary lives on a small farm near Methven and grows a year-round supply of fruit and vegetables in her large vegetable garden, tunnel house and greenhouse. She loves to pass on her tips to others so that beginners and experienced gardeners alike can enjoy growing and eating vegetables from their own garden. Turning garden produce into home-made delights to have all year is another interest. Mary writes a regular column on vegetable growing in the local newspaper, and has written other magazine articles on growing and farming.
