GOLF FOR BEGINNERS

Let Jason introduce you to the wonderful sport of golf. This course is for beginner players looking to try golf for the first time. All equipment is included, if required.

He will take you through the basic fundamentals of driving, chipping, putting, then put it all together on the golf course. Along with the basics to navigate a golf course, you'll learn a few rules and golfing etiquette.

This course is a great opportunity to try a new skill in a relaxed environment.

About Jason Tilley

Jason has been part of Summer School over the past ten years and has met some wonderful people, many of whom have returned to repeat the course.
He has been an N.Z.P.G.A Golf Professional for 20 years and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the game to help players of all abilities. He was named a finalist for PGA Professional Coach of the Year 2018.

Jason is currently based at The Christchurch Golf Club and conducts most of his sessions from there. He also works with a number of schools, Golf Clubs and businesses within the Canterbury area.
