SAUSAGE MAKING
This class is a hands-on learning experience for everyone who wants to make their own fresh preservative and additive free sausages at home.
Using the ingredients pork, skins, salt, pepper and basic herbs and spices , students will make 3kg of pork sausages each to take home!
Introducing Kenny Johnston
Kenny is a qualified butcher with over 50 years experience in making sausages.
