UPHOLSTERY WORKSHOP
A place where you can bring along your own piece of furniture to upholster. The idea is to learn upholstery and new skills so that you can take this information home and make me redundant!!
You will need some basic tools to tackle upholstery at the MSS workshop, or at your home:
Small Hammer
Screw driver, old chisel or staple remover
Scissors
Tape measure
Sewing machine if necessary with a zip foot - please do not buy upholstery thread.
Staple Gun handheld - note that big builders gun used around the home will probably ruin your hands - best get a gun that uses R13 staples like the rapid R13 staple gun. It is extremely important you have the correct staples to match your staple gun.
