How will I know if my online enrolment has been confirmed?
A. Online Payments: Enrolment is automatic, you will receive an email. The email contains an invoice, it is your receipt of confirmation for your registration on the course/s. Print out your receipt. Please present your registration receipts when you attend your course/s in January.
Q.
Is lunch included?
A. No, however lunch can be ordered and paid for before courses start in the morning (cash only). There is a lot of great cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and hotels in Methven that can provide lunch.

Where/what time do we meet?
A.
Please meet at Mt Hutt College Hall before 9am to register and order your lunch. Even tough a couple of courses for 2022 are being held off site please meet at the Mt Hutt College Hall on your first day.

What supplies etc. do I need to bring for my course?
A.
Depending on your course this information will be advised in the course information or from your tutor by email prior to the week.

Will I need my own transport?
A.
Methven Travel offer shuttle transport between Christchurch Airport to Methven and return, they can be contacted on

Is there an age limit for courses?
A.
Yes, all the courses we offer are adult based learning, therefore a minimum age of 17 is required.
Q.
Can we book accommodation with you?
A.
No. You are best to find out about accommodation in Methven from the internet or you can contact the Methven ihub Information office under 03-302-8955 for recommendations.
Q.
Is Stripe secure?
A. Yes. Stripe uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Stripe, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee if I wish to withdraw from a course?
A.
Should you wish to withdraw from a course a refund will be made available, less an administration charge of $50, provided we are notified by 1st December 2023. After this date no refunds will be given!
Q. What do I do when a course is fully booked and I would like to attend?
A.
